Oxford County Library is sponsoring a series of free skates during the month of March in Oxford County. 

You will need to have an Oxford County Library card to participate in the free skate. No need to worry if you don’t have a library card: staff will be on hand at the arenas prior to and during the free skates to help any Oxford County resident obtain a library card and get on the ice.

Staff will also be able to answer questions and provide additional information about library  services, including children’s programming, the Kitchen Library, music streaming, local history resources, and the “cool stuff to borrow” collections.

The Oxford County Library sponsored free skates will be happening at the following dates and times:

Norwich Arena, 53 Stover St. S

Saturday, March 4 - 1:30 – 2:50 p.m.

Tillsonburg Community Centre, 45 Hardy Ave.

Sunday, March 12 - 1:15 – 2:45 p.m.

Embro Arena, 355644 35th Line        

Monday, March 13 - 2:00 – 3:00 p.m.

Thamesford District Recreation Centre, 85 Middleton St.    

Thursday, March 16 - 2:00 – 3:00 p.m.

Tavistock & District Recreation Centre, 1 Adam St.

Sunday, March 19 - 3:00 – 4:00 p.m.
