Flags flying at half-mast outside the Oxford County Administration BuildingThe flags at all Oxford County facilities are flying at half-mast to honour the passing of the Right Honourable Brian Mulroney, Canada’s 18th Prime Minister. Flags will remain at half-mast until sunset on the day of his funeral.
