We can help you stay connected to the library!
Our home delivery service is a free service for Oxford County residents who are experiencing difficulty visiting the library due to:
- Mobility issues (short or long term)
- Illness (short or long term)
- Disability (short or long term)
With the help of volunteers we deliver to homebound residents in their own homes as well as those in long term care facilities.

How long can I have items? |
Most items have four week loan periods. Please contact the library if you need a renewal. |
Is there a limit to how many items I can have? |
There is a 10 item/person limit at one time. |
Can I make changes or request specific materials? |
Call, email or send a note with changes or specific requests. |
Will I be fined if my items are late? |
There are no late fees but there are costs for any lost or damaged items. |
What if I have a print disability? |
We can help you register with the Centre for Equitable Library Access (formerly CNIB). |
Do I need a library card? |
If you don’t already have a library card when you register, home delivery staff will create one for you and include it with your first delivery. |
How often will I receive deliveries? |
Deliveries will be made once a month. |
