New pedestrian signal on Devonshire Ave in Woodstock

Oxford County has activated a new pedestrian signal at the Oxford Road 35 (Devonshire Avenue), Brompton Avenue, and Blossom Park Road intersection in the City of Woodstock.
The crossing will improve road safety for pedestrians and includes a set of stop signals. The stop signals activate when pedestrians push the button. The adjacent side streets, Brompton Ave and Blossom Park Road will continue to be controlled by stop signs.

The precautionary boil water advisory issued for Drumbo in the Township of Blandford-Blenheim on August 20 is lifted and no longer in effect.
Southwestern Public Health rescinded the health advisory this afternoon after a second set of laboratory test results confirmed that tap water in Drumbo is safe for normal use.

Boil water advisory for Princeton rescinded

The boil water advisory issued for Princeton residents in the Township of Blandford-Blenheim on August 9 due to a watermain break has been rescinded by Southwestern Public Health. Laboratory tests received this afternoon confirm that the tap water in this area is safe for normal use.
Residents who received the Southwestern Public Health boil water advisory to their homes will receive an update confirming that it has ended.
