Request Forms
Oxford County Council welcomes and encourages members of the public to appear before Council on matters of interest to them. Regular council meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month, and begin at 9:30 a.m.
Council Delegation
To appear as a delegation, please complete and forward the delegation request form to the Clerk’s Department by 4:30 p.m. seven days prior to the meeting. Delegate information is made public on our agenda and minutes.
Proclamation
Organizations requesting a Proclamation are required to complete the online proclamation request form.
A Proclamation may recognize a particular day, week or month and will only be issued in accordance with the policy. The County Warden has the authority to approve or deny requests for Proclamations. The decision of the Warden shall be final.
If approved, the Clerk’s Office will provide the organization with an electronic Proclamation Certificate. If desired, the Proclamation Certificate can be presented at a future meeting of Oxford County Council.
Flag Raising
Organizations requesting their Flag(s) be raised at County facilities are required to complete the online flag raising request form.
The organization is responsible for delivering the Flag(s) to the Oxford County Administration Building at least one week prior to the flying of the Flag and to claim their Flag(s) at the Oxford County Administration Building following the approved timeframe.
