Bulk Water Stations

Bulk water is available from these automatic dispensing stations:

• Pitcher Street Water Treatment Facility- 6 Pitcher Street, Norwich
• Sutherland Park Water Treatment Facility- 651 Sutherland Drive, Woodstock
• Canterbury Street Water Treatment Facility- 280 Harris Street, Ingersoll
• Hendershot St Water Distribution Shop- 18 Hendershot St, Tavistock
• Tillsonburg Bulk Water Station- 30 John Pound Road, Tillsonburg

All you need is:

• A key fob - $25 from Customer Service at Oxford County.
• Pre-pay account - Minimum $50 & you can pay cash, cheque, credit card, or debit. Payable through Customer Service at Oxford County.
• Water rate: $3.35 per cubic meter/1000 litres

How to do it: 

• Operating instructions are posted at each station or by calling OCAB customer service at 519-539-9800. The discharge pipe at each location is equipped with a 75mm camlock hose connection. Only top-filling tanks are permitted and hoses must be clean and dedicated for water use only.
