BWA ended

Southwestern Public Health has ended the boil water advisory for parts of Tillsonburg.

Residents who live or work in the area east of Broadway to Tillson Avenue and south of North Street East can resume regular water use. After a boil water advisory has ended, Public Health advises residents to:
  • Run cold water faucets for 1 minute before using the water.
  • Flush all garden hoses by running cold water through them for 1 minute.
  • Run water softeners through a regeneration cycle.
  • Drain and refill hot water heaters set below 45°C (normal setting is 60°C).
