Public Notice: Closure of part of Oxford Road 119 Road Allowance in the Village of Thamesford, Township of Zorra

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL PERSONS, in accordance with Section 35 of the Municipal Act, 2001 and County of Oxford’s Public Notice Policy (Section 11.0, Closing a Highway)

Oxford County Council proposes to close a portion of road allowance for Oxford Road 119 in the Township of Zorra, north-east of the intersection of Allen St. and Dundas St. E. in the Village of Thamesford, legally described as:

Part of Lots 1 and 2 East of Allen Street Plan 105 designated as PART 1 on 41R-9813 Township of Zorra.

A public meeting will be held, and a by-law will be considered for adoption at County Council on August 12, 2020

Written and/or verbal comments will be considered at the Council meeting noted.
