COVID-19 update: Oxford County Library offering indoor contactless pick-up of holds

Pick-up of holds will be permitted to take place inside Oxford County Library branches which can accommodate it.

Starting February 16, contactless pick-up of holds will be permitted to take place inside those Oxford County Library branches which can accommodate it and where outdoor pick-up is more challenging. For library patrons who prefer to not enter the library facility, the library will continue to provide curbside service to your vehicle. Call your branch to speak to staff for information about this service. Curbside service is reserved for patrons with holds ready to be picked up. All appropriate health and safety protocols will be in place to protect staff and patrons. Library patrons are encouraged to plan their trip to the library while already out running essential errands. The Library can help select items for patrons, and make book recommendations based on reading interests. Email curbsidebooks@ocl.net with any questions about this service.

Limited computer access will be available at the Ingersoll and Tillsonburg branches only. Computer access at Ingersoll and Tillsonburg will not be available until at least Thursday, February 18.

OCL's E-Library is open 24/7:  You can access ebooks, e-audiobooks, streaming music, movies and more anytime you want. More information.

For questions about library accounts, email myaccount@ocl.net.
